Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the BossKu8 website located at bossku8.cam, including all associated pages, mobile interfaces, and digital services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member upon completing the registration process.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account and whose registration has been accepted by the Company.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's account, comprising deposited funds and any bonus credits that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by the Company under specific promotional terms, which may be subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked in qualifying games before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance, rule, or order applicable to the Company's operations and to the Member's use of the Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

To register and maintain an active Account on BossKu8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. BossKu8 strictly does not permit use of the Platform by individuals under 21, in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style services.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be registered or listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from BossKu8 or a related platform at your own request or by Company action.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation when registering or placing wagers.
5. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any misrepresentation of personal details constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an Account at its discretion if eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified.

Each Member may hold only one (1) active Account on the BossKu8 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and shall result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from such accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. BossKu8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify BossKu8 support immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• Accounts must be registered using your own legal name as it appears on your identity documents.
• The mobile number and email address registered to your Account must be valid and accessible — they are used for security notifications and withdrawal confirmation.
• You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
• Transferring, selling, or gifting an Account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

BossKu8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations, fraud prevention requirements, and responsible gambling standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's License, or Passport. Documents must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government-issued document bearing your full name and address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document alongside your face. Both your face and the document text must be legible.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. During peak periods, processing may extend to 72 hours. You will be notified in-platform and by email upon successful verification.

The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing on an Account pending receipt and review of satisfactory KYC documentation. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent or altered documents will be permanently closed and reported to relevant authorities.

BossKu8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM 10, typically credited instantly.
• Instant Bank Transfer (DuitNow): Supported by all major Malaysian banks — minimum deposit RM 10, credited instantly.
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and all participating FPX banks — minimum deposit RM 30, processing time 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20 and BTC — converted to MYR-equivalent upon crediting. Processing subject to blockchain confirmation times (typically 15–30 minutes).

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account registered to another individual — are prohibited and will trigger a compliance review. Any deposits identified as third-party in origin may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

BossKu8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Standard bank or e-wallet provider fees, if any, are governed by the terms of your payment provider and are not within BossKu8's control.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the Member's name.

Indicative processing times are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay: Within 15 minutes of approval (during standard operating hours).
• FPX Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 15 minutes to 1 business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC): Subject to network confirmation — typically 30 minutes to 2 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated in your Account settings. Members may submit one withdrawal request per 24-hour period unless otherwise permitted for verified high-volume accounts.

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Withdrawing real-money balances while Bonus Funds are active may, depending on the specific promotion, result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.

BossKu8 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and must be read prior to claiming.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and must not be exploited or abused through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• A maximum bet cap — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet — applies while Bonus Funds are active. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry window (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per IP address.
• Game contribution rates vary: slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Check individual promotion terms.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where the promotion has been subject to abuse.

All games available on the BossKu8 platform — including live casino tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, and virtual games — are governed by individual game rules as published within the game interface or on the relevant betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail with respect to account-level matters, whilst individual game rules govern gameplay-specific decisions.

Sports betting wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. BossKu8 does not alter accepted odds retroactively unless a manifest error has occurred. A "manifest error" is defined as an obvious, demonstrable mistake in the odds offered — for example, where odds were published due to a technical fault that is materially inconsistent with the prevailing market pricing. Winnings arising from manifest errors may be voided at the Company's discretion.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical game outcome conducted by a trained dealer.
• BossKu8 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or betting market. Markets may be suspended or removed without notice.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the Company's records and game logs shall be the definitive record of the transaction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BossKu8 platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one Account or acting in concert with other Members to circumvent platform limits or bonus restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bots, algorithms, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, live dealers, or any third party for the purpose of influencing game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — whether intentionally or where the Member was aware or should reasonably have been aware of the error.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or unlawful financial activity through the platform.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without a legitimate dispute basis. Members found to have initiated bad-faith chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended and the matter referred to the relevant financial institution and legal authorities.
• Using the platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by Applicable Law.

BossKu8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We maintain a strict minimum age policy of 21 years and actively promote responsible gambling practices among all Members.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all verified Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after set periods of gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account from wagering for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion through our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the agreed minimum exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the BossKu8 platform — including but not limited to the BossKu8 name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, written content, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or service.
• Use BossKu8 trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written authorisation from the Company.

Any unauthorised use of BossKu8 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, BossKu8 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or otherwise.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or promotional information, except where arising from our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or any other payment service provider.

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BossKu8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — we will provide no less than 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or minor structural reorganisation) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication of the updated Agreement on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the BossKu8 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's operations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the BossKu8 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent actual or threatened breach of security or fraudulent activity.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. BossKu8 reserves the right to update this document as described in Clause 14 above.
